For the past 35 years the Walpole Labor Day Road Race has been a tradition in the town of Walpole attracting over 600 runners.  Proceeds of this event support the Walpole High School Cross Country and Track Teams.  Every year the Walpole Community has kindly supported the Walpole Labor Day Road Race with generous cash, service and merchandise donations and we are very grateful.  The support of local merchants and organizations is critical to the event’s success.  We are asking for your support again this year.  Contributions in the form of merchandise, gift certificates or sponsorships are greatly appreciated.  Donations can be sent to Walpole Road Race, P.O. All donors, big and small, will be recognized on our sponsor board at the race start/finish.  and on our website, www.walpoleroadrace.org. 

For our larger sponsors, we are offering additional opportunities for recognition:

·         $500 and above contribution (cash or merchandise) allows you to “sponsor a mile” with your name/logo displayed on a mileage marker as well as on this year’s race tee shirt given to the first 300 registrants. 

·         $200-$500 contribution (cash or merchandise) will secure a spot for your name on this year’s race tee shirt.

Donations must be received by July 25, 2008 in order to be printed on the signage and the tee shirt.  Contributions (checks payable to the Walpole Road Race) and the name and/or logo may be mailed to: The Walpole Road Race, P.O. Box 174, Walpole, MA 02081.
