The 35^th Annual Walpole Labor Day Road Race

Featuring the Herb Lewis Memorial 10K Race and "Walpole Ed" 5K Race/Walk

Labor Day, Monday, Sept. 1, 2008

 Race begins 10:00 AM *

Walpole High School

Proceeds to benefit the Walpole High School Cross Country & Track Teams

*5K Race begins promptly at 10:00 AM, followed immediately by the 10K Race.  Tables will open for registration at 830 AM

ENTRY FEE: Pre-registration: $18.00.  Day of the Race: $20.00.  Ages 14 and under or over 65: $15.00. 

REGISTRATION: on-line at www.signmeup.com/58260 (no handling fee) or click here for registration form and mail to P.O. Box 174 Walpole, MA 02081.  Checks payable to Walpole Road Race.  Mail by August 27, 2008.

FEATURES: USATF Sanctioned. Time Splits at 1-3-5 miles. Water Stations each mile. Refreshments.  High School Locker Room available for change/showers. 

TIMING:  Provided by Harrier Race Systems.

AWARDS:  10K male winner's name engraved on Herb Lewis Memorial Trophy. 10K female winner's name engraved on John Murphy Trophy. Trophys displayed in town. Awards to top 3 men and women in each age group.

PRIZES:  MANY PRIZES AWARDED BY RANDOM RAFFLE.  All are eligible!
